Noix A semi-detached holiday cottage in traditional stone built longère farmhouse in Loire Valley countryside 3km from historic le Grand Pressigny. Renovated to provide home from home comfort on your holiday. Upstairs, Noix has one double & one twin bedroom. The twin bedroom has two full size single beds suitable for adults or child's use (+ cot).
The self-catering cottage is the perfect place either for a family or a group of four adults to base themselves for their Loire Valley sightseeing experience, There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, chairs & seating area & with plenty of outdoor space either to relax in the sunny courtyard or the shady dining barn & children can escape to adventure in the separate play area to let off steam after days out - football goal, swingball, slides, swings, trampoline & games in peak summer time.
Interior: Downstairs is 30m², open plan and comprises the living area with wood-burning stove.
There is a dining table & chairs for four (& highchair) and a fully equipped kitchen for with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle.
Lounge area with seating, TV (French & UK Freeview satellite channels) & DVD player.
Shower room - rental price includes bathroom towels, bedding, heating (logs & electricity).
Stairs up to where you will find two large bedrooms within the eaves with storage for clothes.
Downstairs heating is via a wood burning stove & upstairs there are radiators in the bedrooms.
Exterior: Seating facing onto the communal courtyard garden provides a perfect coffee or apero spot + the shared courtyard garden and grounds surrounded by woods & fields. Communal shady dining barn with BBQ, table & seating, outdoor games and bikes are available to use during your stay.
7 nights 725 euros Short stay 115 euros per night - minimum 2 night stay.
First night supplies include: e.g. bread, homemade jam, local cheese and wine, seasonal fruit/salad, toilet paper, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, washing up liquid.
